Here some Q/A you can have.
Most of the file are host at Mediafire, i choose them because they give fast speed without any suscription for download
But some file are too big to be hosted by Mediafire, they are hosted by archive.org.
Archive.org have very limited speed, I upload all of the file of od.hessfr.fr in it for backup in case of Mediafire deleting them. But in EU, the speed is very limited
I lived in a country where electricity is very expensive, it will be very expensive to host all file at my home or in a hosting provider.
